Updated Terms and Conditions (effective from April 1, 2026)

The updated Terms and Conditions of the Creatsub platform will come into effect on April 1, 2026.

Why we updated the terms

Over the past year, Creatsub has continued to grow — with new features and new ways to monetize content.The update reflects:

• the ongoing development of the platform and new features
• the need to better explain certain processes (such as payments and access to digital content)
• our effort to increase transparency for both creators and subscribers

At the same time, we’ve kept what defines Creatsub — simple, clear terms without unnecessary legal complexity.

What the changes mainly cover

The update focuses primarily on the following areas:

1. Clearer membership and payment rules. We’ve clarified how recurring payments, membership cancellation, and access to digital content work.
2. More transparent rules for purchasing digital content. The terms now better explain how paid content is made available and how purchasing and usage rules are set.
3. Clearer rules for supporting creators financially. We’ve specified how voluntary contributions work and their legal nature.
4. Better definition of content responsibility. The terms now more clearly distinguish between the platform’s responsibility and the creator’s responsibility for published content.
5. Language versions of the documents. The terms will also be available in additional language versions for better understanding. The Czech version remains the legally binding one.

What this means for users

For most users, nothing changes in how the platform works in practice.

The update focuses mainly on clarity and transparency, not on major changes to the service itself.

When the changes take effect

The new Terms and Conditions will be effective from April 1, 2026.
