When and How Creatsub Pays Out Earnings to Creators

Updated: 11.12.2025
Creatsub pays out creator earnings regularly and transparently. Earnings include revenue from memberships, one-time purchases, and donations. After the platform fee is deducted, the money is sent to the bank account provided in the creator’s settings.

When payouts are issued
Payouts are processed no later than the 15th day of the following month.
All successful payments from the previous month are included in the payout.

How payouts are processed
The payout is sent to the creator’s bank account in IBAN format.
All payouts are made in EUR, so we recommend entering an EUR-based bank account to avoid automatic currency conversion by the bank.

Platform fee rates
The platform fee is deducted automatically from each payment based on the creator’s monthly earnings:

  • 12% for earnings up to €4,999
  • 10% for earnings from €5,000 and above

Creators can see the exact fee amount in their earnings overview and in their documents.

How the fee is settled
Creatsub issues an invoice to the creator for the deducted fee.
The creator does not pay anything manually — the invoice is settled automatically through a set-off from their earnings.
The creator does not need to pay anything extra; everything is handled transparently and automatically.

Why Creatsub charges a fee
The platform fee enables Creatsub to cover:
  • - platform operation and development of new features
  • - secure system infrastructure
  • - technical hosting and resources
  • - payment processing and payment-gateway fees
  • - customer support

Creatsub acts as an intermediary that provides creators with complete technical infrastructure — similar to e-commerce platforms. The fee is the only way the system can operate sustainably and without limiting creators.
