You can find all your payment documents in Menu → Documents.
This section contains a complete overview of all your payments for memberships and one-time purchases.
What documents are available
Each payment includes:
- - Payment Receipt – a document confirming that the payment was successful.
- - Invoice – only if the creator uses the automatic invoicing feature provided by Creatsub.
If an invoice is available, you will see it next to the payment and can download it immediately.
What if no invoice is available?
Some creators issue their invoices manually outside the platform.
In this case:
- - the invoice will not appear in the document list
- - you need to request the invoice directly from the creator
On the payment receipt, you will find the creator’s contact information, which you can use to request the invoice.
The creator is the service provider and is legally responsible for issuing and delivering the document.
Role of the Creatsub platform
Creatsub acts as an intermediary that:
- - enables creators to receive payments
- - processes payments securely and transparently
- - allows invoicing only for creators who have activated this feature
The creator is always responsible for the accounting documents, as they are the service provider.
