The Invoice Export section is designed for creators who need to easily archive documents, share them with their accountant, or import invoices into an accounting system. Creatsub allows bulk invoice exports for a selected period in both PDF and XML formats.
Bulk invoice export to PDF
Creatsub allows you to download all invoices for a selected month in PDF format.
How the export works:
- - the creator selects a specific month
- - chooses the PDF (ZIP) export option
- - the ZIP file contains all invoices issued during that month in PDF format
This export is especially useful for:
- - document archiving
- - sharing invoices with an accountant
- - internal review of issued invoices
Each invoice remains a separate PDF file — they are simply packaged together in a single ZIP archive.
Invoice export to XML (Pohoda accounting system)
For creators using Pohoda, an accounting system commonly used in the Czech Republic, Creatsub also offers invoice export in XML format.
XML export features:
- - export is performed by month
- - the downloaded file contains one XML file with all invoices for the selected period
- - the XML file is compatible with import into the Pohoda accounting system
This export significantly simplifies:
- - accounting processing
- - importing invoices without manual data entry
- - invoice review inside the accounting system
Creatsub allows invoices to be downloaded retroactively at any time, grouped by individual months.
