How to schedule a post

Updated: 11.12.2025
Scheduling allows creators to prepare posts in advance and have them published automatically on a specific date and time. It’s useful for regular publishing, preparing a series of posts, or uploading a larger batch of content at once.

How to schedule a post
For every new post, you can choose to schedule it instead of publishing it immediately:
- Click “Schedule”.
  • - Select the date and time when the post should go live.
  • - Confirm to save the schedule.

The post will be published automatically at the selected time, even if you’re not online.

When scheduling is useful
Scheduling helps in situations where you want to:
  • - maintain a consistent posting rhythm
  • - upload multiple posts at once and spread them over time
  • - prepare content ahead of a busy period
  • - create content for the entire week or month in advance
  • - publish at the time when your followers are most active

How notifications work for scheduled posts
Followers receive notifications the same way as with regular publishing:
  • - if one scheduled post goes live → they get an email about that post
  • - if multiple posts go live within the same hour → a single email is sent with a list of all new posts

Setting a past publication date
If you choose a date and time that has already passed, the post will:
  • - be published immediately

This option is useful for creators who want to upload older content retroactively, so new members have access to a richer content library.
