Subscription on Creatsub renews automatically every 30 days. You don’t need to confirm anything — if the payment is successful, your membership continues without interruption.
Renewal happens automatically if:
- - you have enough funds on your card
- - your card is valid
- - your bank confirms the payment via 3D Secure
- - online payments are not blocked
What happens if the payment fails?
There may be situations where the automatic payment doesn’t go through.
The most common reasons are:

- - expired card
- - online payments are blocked
- - the bank declined the transaction
- - failed 3D Secure verification
The system will always try to charge the payment again in the following days.
If repeated attempts also fail:
- - a final attempt will be made
- - if that one also fails, the subscription is automatically canceled
- - access to content remains until the end of the already paid period
How to manually reactivate your subscription
If your subscription is canceled due to failed payments, you can restart it anytime:
- - Open the creator’s profile.
- - Click “Membership”.
- - Choose your membership tier.
- - Complete a new payment.
Your membership becomes active immediately.
How does VIP (gifted) membership work?
VIP membership does not renew automatically
- - after it expires, access is locked
- - the user can purchase membership themselves
- - or the creator can gift it again
