How to purchase a subscription
- - Open the profile of the creator whose subscription you want to purchase.
- - Click the “Become a member” button.
- - Select the membership level offered by the creator. If the creator has two levels, both will appear along with their descriptions and prices.
- - Click “Subscribe”.
- - You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.
- - After a successful payment, the subscription activates automatically and you gain immediate access to the content.
What is required for a successful payment
For the payment to go through, you need:
- - a card that is enabled for online payments
- - sufficient funds
- - active 3D Secure verification (most banks require confirmation through their mobile app)
How do I know if my subscription is active?
After a successful payment:
- - the “Become a member” button changes to “Member”,
- - previously locked content on the creator’s profile becomes accessible,
- - in your profile settings (the “Invoices” section), you will see the invoice for the purchased membership.
