Gifting a membership allows you to purchase a creator’s subscription and give it to another user as a present. The recipient activates their access using the code you receive after completing the payment.
How to gift a membership
- 1. Log in to your Creatsub account.
- 2. Open the profile of the creator whose membership you want to gift.
- 3. Click the “Membership” button.
- 4. Select “Gift membership” for the chosen tier.
- 5. Choose the duration of the gifted subscription.
- 6. Complete the payment using your bank card.
After a successful payment, you will receive an email containing:
- confirmation of the gifted membership purchase
- - a link to the activation page
- - an activation code to give to the recipient
How activation works
The user receiving the gift:
- 1. opens the link to the activation page
- 2. enters the activation code
- 3. verifies the code in the first step
- 4. activates the membership in the second step
After activation, they gain access to all membership content for the full duration of the gifted period.
Important information
- Gifted memberships do not renew automatically after they expire.
- The payment receipt is always issued to the purchaser (the giver), not the recipient.
