How to edit, hide, archive or delete a post

Updated: 11.12.2025
Creators can edit their posts even after publishing. Each post has a small three-dot icon in the top right corner (in the creator’s post list), which opens a menu with available actions. The options differ depending on whether the post is public, members-only, or paid.

Options for public and members-only posts
The creator has these functions:
Edit – You can edit the title, text, preview image, price, attachments, and visibility. Changes apply immediately.
Hide – The post becomes hidden for all users. It does not disappear, it just is not publicly visible. Useful if you want to temporarily remove the post or edit it without deleting it.
Delete – The post is permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Options for paid posts
Posts that have a set price behave differently:
Edit – You can edit standard fields (title, description, attachments, preview). The price and visibility remain unchanged.
Archive – Archiving is a special mode designed to protect users who purchased the post.

What happens when archiving a post:

  • the post will not be visible to new members
  • it will not be visible to new buyers
  • the post remains available to all users who previously purchased it
  • it remains available to members who had an active subscription at the time of its original publication

Archiving protects purchased content so that the creator cannot later remove something users have already paid for. It is fair to paying users and helps build trust in the creator and the platform.
