Creating a post is simple and works the same for all types of content. Only a few fields differ depending on whether you upload text, images, audio or video.
1. Start by creating a new post
Click “Add Post” or the “+” icon.
Then choose the type of post:
- Text / Article
- - Image / Gallery
- - Audio / Podcast
- - Video
A form will appear based on the selected content type.
2. Shared fields for all post types
Title – The name of the post. It should be clear and concise.
Post text – Add your full text, description or context.
Thumbnail image – Used as the preview image in the feed:
- Formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP
- - Maximum size: 10 MB
- - Ideal aspect ratio: 16:9
Attachments (optional) – Additional supporting files:
- - Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, ZIP, RAR
- - Maximum size: 100 MB per file
- - Up to 5 files allowed
Hashtags – Improve searchability and categorization.
Categories – You can create your own categories. Categories can be edited later by clicking the “⚙︎” settings icon.
Visibility and monetization settings
For each post, you can choose:

- - Public (visible to everyone)
- - Members only (based on membership level)
- - For sale only (not available to members, available for purchase to everyone)
Scheduling
For every post, you can choose when it should be published. Click “Schedule” and select the desired date and time.
Price
If you want non-members to be able to purchase your post:
- - Fill in the price field
- - The post will be shown as purchasable to users outside your membership
If you set visibility: members only + price, then:
Members gain access for freeOthers can purchase the post as a one-time item
3. Additional fields based on post type
Gallery (images) - In addition to the shared fields, add:
Photos
- - Formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP
- - Maximum size: 10 MB per image
- - Up to 8 images can be uploaded
Audio / Podcast
Upload audio
- - Formats: MP3
- - Maximum size: 300 MB
After uploading: Audio is automatically processed. Preparation for streaming may take a few minutes to tens of minutes, depending on file size
Video
Video source - Choose where the video comes from:
Upload your own file
- - Format: MP4
- - Video codec: H.264 / AVC
- - Audio codec: MP3
- - Recommended resolution: FullHD (1920×1080 px)
- Video subtitles
- - WebVTT format
YouTube URL - Paste the video link
Vimeo URL - Paste the video link (same as YouTube)
After uploading your own file: Video is processed automatically. Processing may take several minutes to tens of minutes
