Cancelling a subscription on Creatsub is simple and takes only a few seconds.
Cancellation immediately stops future automatic payments, but access to the content remains until the end of the already paid period.
How to cancel a subscription
- - Open the profile of the creator whose membership you have active.
- - Click the “Member” button.
- - Select the option “Cancel membership”.
- - Confirm the cancellation.
The subscription immediately switches to non-renewing mode.
What happens after cancellation?
- Automatic payments stop immediately.
- Access to the content remains until the end of the already paid period (30 days from the last payment).
- After the period expires, the content for that level becomes locked again.
What if I change my mind?
You can renew the membership at any time after cancellation:
- - directly on the creator’s profile by clicking “Become a member”
- - by choosing a membership level and confirming a new payment
